Day 1
Overnight Flight to Tanzania
Start your safari adventure with an overnight flight from the UK to Arusha, Tanzania.
Day 2
Arrive Tanzania & Lake Manyara
Arrive in Tanzania and meet your guide. Transfer by 4x4 to Lake Manyara with packed lunch provided. Settle into your lodge for dinner.
Day 3
Lake Manyara Game Drive & Serengeti
Morning game drive through Lake Manyara National Park—spot tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and hippos. Packed lunch in the bush, then drive to the iconic Serengeti. Check into the five-star Serengeti Explorer Lodge with infinity pool and spa.
Day 4
Serengeti Game Drives
Full day of morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park. Chase the Big Five and witness the Great Migration (July-September). Evening dinner under the Tanzanian sky.
Day 5
Serengeti, Olduvai Gorge & Karatu
Morning game drive through Serengeti, then visit the 'Cradle of Mankind' at Olduvai Gorge—one of the world's most important prehistoric sites. Continue to your lodge in Karatu for sundowners and dinner.
Day 6
Ngorongoro Crater & Great Rift Valley
Drive through part of the 4,000-mile Great Rift Valley. Descend into the UNESCO-listed Ngorongoro Crater—a volcanic caldera home to 30,000+ animals including zebra, gazelles, and wildebeest. Return to your lodge for dinner.
Day 7
Fly to Zanzibar
Transfer to Arusha airport and fly to Zanzibar. Scenic drive through traditional villages to your luxury beachfront resort on the east coast. Settle in and enjoy dinner.
Day 8
Zanzibar at Leisure
First full day to enjoy Zanzibar's pristine white-sand beaches. All-inclusive dining, optional activities including kayaking, diving pool, and African-inspired spa treatments.
