Why Visit the Caribbean & Mexico?

The Caribbean is the ultimate escape—a collection of islands each with its own distinct personality, united by turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and a pace of life that instantly melts away stress. Whether you're seeking romance, adventure, or pure relaxation, there's an island waiting for you.

From the British colonial charm of Barbados to the dramatic volcanic landscapes of St Lucia, from the reggae soul of Jamaica to the exclusive tranquility of Turks & Caicos—the Caribbean offers incredible diversity within a relatively compact region.

Mexico adds another dimension entirely. The Riviera Maya combines stunning Caribbean beaches with ancient Mayan history, while the Pacific coast offers a completely different experience. Swim in cenotes, explore jungle ruins, savour authentic cuisine, and discover why Mexico captivates visitors year after year.

Many of our clients combine multiple islands or add a Mexico extension—the region lends itself perfectly to island-hopping adventures.

Best Time to Travel

Peak Season

December to April is the dry season and most popular time to visit. Expect warm temperatures, low humidity, and minimal rainfall. Perfect for escaping the UK winter! Book well in advance for Christmas and New Year.

Shoulder Season

May and November offer excellent value with fewer crowds. Weather is still generally good, and you'll find better rates at luxury resorts. A smart choice for savvy travellers.

Hurricane Season

June to November is officially hurricane season, with September and October carrying the highest risk. The southern Caribbean (Aruba, Curaçao, Barbados) sits outside the main hurricane belt.

Flight Times

Direct flights from the UK take 8-10 hours to most Caribbean destinations. Mexico's Cancún is around 10 hours direct. Very manageable for a week's holiday or longer.
